Virtual Congress is convened Bloggers INTERNATIONAL (CVI-b) For Freedom and against totalitarianism that is for initiated after the publication of this notice. Objectives : In an effort to be more efficient and effective to achieve the task of spreading the truth of our people and to denounce the murder of pro-Communist dictatorship, called for the bloggers involved in such cases to conduct a virtual conference in order to exchange, through written submissions, ideas, suggestions, or constructive criticism initiatives-both in form and substance, which help the improvement of blogs devoted precisely to fight for freedom and against totalitarianism. This is an exchange and not a contest or competition as there is no jury or evaluation committee. Opinions about the work will be reflected in the comments section by the participants themselves. Hopefully, with this, get to collect a set of recommendations that will help improve our work as having a strong and effective message.
bases and ways to participate : Entries must be sent to congresovirtualinternacional@gmail.com and once received the organizing committee posts in http://congresovirtualinternacional.blogspot.com/ blog is a space created especially for this conference (CVI-b). Each exhibitor may submit from one to three papers in Word to be placed as an attachment and have the extension of an entry or post that does not exceed two pages, mostly in English. It is necessary that the papers would be headed by a title. We accept papers in English and Portuguese (we do not have translators of other languages). Be recorded in the body of the email the name or pseudonym of the blogger, the url of the blog or blogs that represents and if desired, the country of origin.
Dates & Deadlines : The papers will be accepted after the publication of this announcement until Monday, August 31, so that the organizing committee can meet to write a summary of all proposals received and published on Friday 18 September, By way of conclusion. The conference will be inaugurated soon by post on the blog are assigned the first paper and the public begins to post comments.
Procedures: As go posting the submissions received, and participants will be reading and putting their comments, which is the essence of the congress. Development: Congress is that both the exhibitors [who sent work] as other participants [bloggers who have not submitted papers] and to the public general read each of the presentations and give their opinions in the comments section, just as in all blogs. You will not need a say in all the papers, however, the more papers are discussed, more rewarding will be the exchange, which is the subject of this conference.
Outcome or conclusions: The organizing committee will make a summary of the main suggestions and contributions of the exhibitors that appear in a post with the title CONCLUSIONS. In fact, the blog of CVI-b remain open permanently for bloggers continue to send further suggestions or ideas for, at least, all this year.
